join our union to strengthen your
parental voice in IDAHO!
WE IDENTIFY, EQUIP, TRAIN, AND MOBILIZE PARENTS
TO EMPOWER THEM TO ADVOCATE FOR
THEIR CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTAL VOICE.
TO EMPOWER THEM TO ADVOCATE FOR
THEIR CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTAL VOICE.
It's no secret that unions have a lot of power and influence in each state. Especially teacher unions.
It's time for all parents to join forces to form a new type of union-one with integrity and power to protect families and children.
Together as the largest group of unified voices around the nation, we will more effectively advocate for our children and for our right to parent them the way we each believe is best. Parental rights are being marginalized regarding many issues, but especially in education.
As an umbrella organization to all parental rights issues
we're here to equip and train each chapter in every state on how to effectively advocate for their children.
Our union is for parents, grandparents, and all concerned community members!

BREAKING NEWS OCTOBER 2021:
Parents say “Howl” by Allen Ginsberg was made available to students in a creative writing class at Weiser High School By Candice Hare Published: Oct. 27, 2021 at 4:46 PM EDT WEISER, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — A group of parents in Weiser are spreading the word about an incident where students were exposed to what they say was “graphic and sexually explicit material” during class. Jonathon and Karlee Lerew said their 14-year-old daughter was in a creative writing class at Weiser High School when the teacher read portions of a poem called “Howl” by Allen Ginsberg. They added the poem in its entirety was made available to students thereafter. Parental advocacy group Power2Parent said by sharing the poem with students, the children were exposed to “pornographic, salacious and obscene material.” “No parents were notified that this was happening. No email, no phone call, no letter sent home,” said Power2Parent Weiser Chapter President Narie Young. “It was done without parents giving approval.” |
