Erin PhillipsPresidentErin Phillips is the co-founder and president of the non-profit organization, Power2Parent. Her involvement in her children’s school in the Clark County School District led her to recognize a need for an organization that would help protect parental rights. She is a regular guest on AM radio, has represented Power2Parent on local news, was a guest on the political news commentary “What’s Your Point”, and has appeared a number of times on the “Ralston Live” show. She worked tirelessly during the 2015 and 2017 legislative sessions to champion bills that protect parental rights.

Deborah EarlVice PresidentDeborah Earl joined the Power2Parent Board of Directors in 2014. She received her Bachelor's degree in English from Brigham Young University. Deborah is passionate about education, and believes that parental involvement is the number one indicator of success in a child's education. Deborah loves to ski in the winter and waterski at beautiful Lake Mead in the summer. She and her husband, Cameron, reside in Las Vegas with their 5 children.

Charlie MelvinDirector of Public RelationsCharlie Melvin joined the board of Power2Parent in 2015 a few months after it's formation. Growing up in Vegas since 1987, She has always been passionate about politics and has a deep love for the Las Vegas Community. Charlie began working in the public affairs field since 2015 for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and recently formed a small social media business in 2017. Concerned about the school district she grew up in, she wanted to fight for better education for her four children. Guarding parental rights in education, protecting religious freedom, and preserving the constitution are of utmost importance to her.

Krissian MarquezLatino OutreachKriss Marquez has been with Power2Parent since 2017. She was involved in the political arena since the 2012 cycle-first as a volunteer and then as a grassroots contractor for the Libre Initiative. In 2015 Kriss and her husband Jesus founded a consulting firm specializing in grass-root efforts, public relations, and faith community engagement. Kriss is also a parent. Kriss has been instrumental in our Latino Outreach efforts.

Jorge SanchezLatino OutreachJorge Sanchez is a father of three and husband to wife, Leslie. Both firmly believe that every parent has a God given right to raise their children in accordance to their beliefs and convictions and that no form of government should ever infringe upon those rights. Jorge strongly believe that we have a duty and a responsibility to stand for those that are most vulnerable and don’t yet have a voice-our children.

Erin FrancomSecretary & Moapa Valley Liaison Erin joined Power2Parent in 2018. She is a stay-at-home mother of 3 small children and is proud to be the wife of a Henderson corrections officer. She and her family live in quiet Moapa Valley and she is proud to also serve with the Power2Parent, Moapa Valley chapter. Erin is passionate about her roles as a wife and mother, being active in her community, and is happy to add her efforts in protecting all parental rights to parent their children.

Rebecca RasmussenResearch & Community OutreachRebecca Rasmussen joined Power2Parent in 2018 with the desire to help strengthen the family as the fundamental unit of society by advocating for the protection of parental rights. As a child, she was raised in Uruguay, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador and Spain. Upon graduating from high school she came to the US where she earned a degree in Social Work and Spanish from Brigham Young University. Her most challenging and rewarding experience in life is being a mom to her 5 kids.
